Scarborough Road Residence
$25,000 – $50,000 Residential Construction
This beach backyard may be small in space but it's big on style. We created two defined living spaces - a dining area on a raised square cut flagstone patio and a sunken living area with a fire table that will add style to any evening ambiance. This space is a perfect extention of the house. It's not only big on style but function as well and makes it perfect for this young family of five. There is a cozy bbq area with bench height stone wall and lounge area for mom or dad, long stretch of grass perfect for throwing the football and dining for the whole family (even the little ones!) When design in small spaces, creating defined rooms and keeping the unity between them can make the space feel larger and much more functional.

Kingswood Residence
$50,000 – $100,000 Residential Construction
We created the dry stack stone walls to look like they’ve always been there, making them reminiscent of stone walls in England. By eliminating the steep front steps and adding a landing, this front entrance feels more welcoming. It is overflowing with shade-loving plants for year-round interest.

Spruce Hill Residence
$10,000 – 25,000 Residential Construction
This Toronto beach area home lacked character, so we wanted to create a relaxed ‘beachy’ feel in this yard. So we designed a curved pathway, careful to work around the very mature oak tree.
“I just wanted to let you know that we are super pleased with what has been done, and are impressed with the work ethic and dedication you have had towards our project!”
